The founders

The company was established by three real estate passionates with a shared mission: to develop meaningful projects.

Together, they know the industry through-and-through. Collaborating over the years on some of Greater Montreal's flagship construction sites, they have acquired an expertise that can only be achieved with experience: the intuition to evaluate a project's feasibility and profitability.

In 2020, they united to found Dév Méta, a company that shares both their entrepreneurial vision and their human values.
